Our Staffing Process

Once you have explored CityCenter and its opportunities, you are invited to apply
for any of our openings. You can expect the following staffing process:
Step 1: Online Application Process
The online application takes approximately 30-40 minutes to complete. You will be
required to document your employment history for the past seven years, including
education and any military service.
If you have a résumé, you may attach it to the online application.
Step 2: Career Advisement
Your application will be reviewed by a Career Advisor. The Career Advisor will consider
your specific job skills, experience and preferences in selecting the best possible
position match between you and our company.
Step 3: Department Interview
A department hiring manager will evaluate your qualifications based on a number
of factors, such as job stability, experience and specific skills related to the
position you are applying for.
Step 4: Clearances
As part of the hiring process, the information submitted on your application will
be verified. Also, pre-employment drug testing is a condition of employment.
Step 5: Job Offer
All job offers are made in writing. If you are chosen for a position, a meeting
will be scheduled with a hiring manager to review details such as start date, rate
of pay, days off and shift.
