Health Plans

MGM MIRAGE Health Plan
The MGM MIRAGE Health Plan gives you the flexibility to seek care from any doctor
you choose, including specialists, without referrals. Through the Plan you always
maximize your benefits and lower your out-of-pocket expenses when you visit in-network

Health Plan of Nevada (HMO)
Health Plan of Nevada is committed to providing you high quality healthcare while
allowing ease of access to medical, prescription, dental and vision services. HMO
offers many advantages to its members, including:
- comprehensive provider network of hospitals, primary care providers, and specialists
- comprehensive dental benefits
- nationwide pharmacy network
- direct access to 13 urgent care facilities without a primary care provider referral

MGM MIRAGE 401(k) Savings Plan
It's never too early or too late to start saving for your financial future. The
MGM MIRAGE 401(k) Savings Plan is a smart and easy way to start saving right
away. With the 401(k) plan, you'll enjoy the benefits of pre-tax and/or after-tax
Roth 401(k) savings.
- pre-tax savings - your contributions are taken out of your gross pay, before any
taxes are paid to the government. This lowers your overall tax burden so that you
can put more of your hard-earned money to work for you.
- after-tax Roth 401(k) savings - you will pay taxes on your contributions now, and
your account can grow tax-free - meaning you may never pay taxes on any investment

529 College Savings Plan

Child Development Center
Children's Choice Learning Centers are dedicated to creating a nurturing environment
for our most precious natural resource-our children. Children's Choice offers employees
of MGM MIRAGE discounted fees, hourly rates, payroll deduction and the convenience
of five locations throughout Las Vegas, including a convenient facility at MGM Grand.

employees of MGM MIRAGE with the tools and resources to better manage, maintain
and improve their health and the health of their covered dependents. All Healthy
Living Programs are available free of charge and regardless of health.
The Healthy Living Health Assessment
This web-based health questionnaire can provide you with instant information about
potential health risks and can guide you to other programs that
can help you better manage your health.
Wellness Floating Holiday
Employees with coverage under the MGM MIRAGE Health Plan or Health Plan of Nevada
receive a paid day off to get a physical exam. You must have your physician complete
an authorization form to be paid for your day off.
Onsite Health Screening Events
Health professionals periodically offer free health screenings to employees during
onsite events:

Disease Management
MGM MIRAGE Health Plan members and their covered dependents can receive professional
assistance from CIGNA HealthCare to manage chronic health conditions. Programs include:

24/7 Nurse Call Centers
You and your covered dependents in the MGM MIRAGE Health Plan and Health Plan of Nevada have 24/7 access by telephone to registered nurses. These free services provide callers with health and nutrition information, assistance finding a physician and triage.
24 Hour Fitness
MGM MIRAGE has partnered with 24 Hour Fitness to offer you and your family members special rates and discounts.
Maternity Management
Alere offers expectant mothers covered under the MGM MIRAGE Health Plan a free maternity management program. The program provides:
- educational materials
- pregnancy assessments
- 24/7 toll-free call center staffed by Maternity Nurses
Health Plan of Nevada (HMO) offers a similar maternity management program through its Health Education and Wellness Division
